FRANK WHITE:  Frank White, Director of Information Technology at Innovative Livestock Services, Inc.  Mr. White has been a technology professional since 1986 when he began his career as a Systems Engineer at ComputerLand in Frederick, MD.  Since then, he has worked both as a service provider and consultant to private companies, and as a technology manager for organizations that include banks, the Department of the Navy and now ILS.  Mr. White has developed college course curriculums for Microcomputer Network Courses.  He is the co-founder and Vice President of CS Incorporated, an organization to fund cancer research initiatives.  Frank lives in McPherson, KS with his wife, Natasha and their son Chad where they enjoy cycling and culinary activities. 

AARON SPANIER:  Aaron Spanier, Director of Human Resources and shareholder at Innovative Livestock Services, Inc.  Mr. Spanier has over 11 years of experience in the Human Resource field.  Prior to joining ILS, Mr. Spanier held management positions at CPI, a qualified plan consulting company that administered 401-k accounts.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Industrial Labor Relations from Kansas State University.  Mr. Spanier is certified by the American Society of Pension Actuaries and has a Plan Administrator 1 Class certificate.  He was a past Great Bend Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and completed the Great Bend Leadership Course for Young Leaders in 2003.  A native of Great Bend, KS, Aaron grew up on the family farm and enjoys hunting, fishing and playing golf in his spare time.
