<p>KARL&rsquo;s mission is to provide first-class leadership development for agriculture and rural stakeholders by designing and offering challenging and illuminating education and enrichment programs as well as a forum for continuous engagement.</p>
<p>The KARL Program conducts nine in-state seminars and three study/travel seminars (national and international) during the programs two years.&nbsp; These seminars develop individual leadership skills and focus on issues and problems facing leaders on the local, state, national and international levels.</p>

<p><strong>Joelle Kay Keith:</strong>&nbsp; A graduate of Larned High School in Larned, Kansas.&nbsp; Joelle plans to begin her college education at Pratt Community College where she has been accepted into their Pre-Nursing Program.&nbsp; Joelle is the daughter of Joel and Kristin Keith.&nbsp; Joel Keith has been the Cattle Manager at Ward Feed Yard, Inc. for over 6 years.</p>
<p><strong>Maggie Christine Salem:</strong>&nbsp; A graduate of Lexington High School in Lexington, Nebraska.&nbsp; Maggie will be attending the University of Nebraska at Kearney where she will major in Psychology.&nbsp; Maggie is the daughter of John and Christine Salem.&nbsp; John Salem has worked at Robert&rsquo;s Cattle Company as the Farm Manager for over 13 years.</p>
<p><strong>Kyle William Bunker:</strong>&nbsp; A graduate of Macksville High School in Macksville, Kansas.&nbsp; Kyle plans to attend Kansas State University where he will major in Business / Accounting.&nbsp; Kyle is the son of Bill and Joni Bunker.&nbsp; Bill Bunker has been a cattle buyer for ILS working in Great Bend, KS. For over 21 years.</p>
<p><strong>Emma Milhon:</strong>&nbsp; A graduate of Larned High School in Larned, Kansas.&nbsp; Emma plans to attend Barton County Community College where she plans to complete their Certified Nursing Assistant Program.&nbsp; Emma is the daughter of Darin and Jill Milhon.&nbsp; Darin Milhon has been the Mill Manager at Ward Feed yard, Inc. &ndash;South for over 7 years.</p>
<p><strong>Steven Matthew DeVorss:</strong>&nbsp; A graduate of Great Bend High School in Great Bend Kansas. &nbsp;Steven plans to attend North Central Kansas Technical College in Beloit, KS furthering his education in Bricklaying and Building Construction Technology.&nbsp; Steven is the son of Ronald and Debra DeVorss.&nbsp; Debra DeVorss is the Controller for ILS Farms and has worked for ILS for over 4 years.</p>
